Where do I find the ‘Wireless Security’ button and the ‘wireless’ tab in windows xp?

I am trying to connect my nintendo ds lite to the internet and I need the wep key. Where can I find the ‘Wireless security’ button in windows xp?
( I know the ‘Wireless security’ tab is found in the ‘wireless’ tab but please tell me where to find the tabs- BOTH TABS!!
