Voip Telephony on DSL wireless router?

voip wireless

I have Dsl and use a netgear wireless router. How can I use a VoiP handset? Do I need an other gadget to connect those two?

An ethernet cable from the phone will pick it up otherwise you need to the base into the adapter into the base.
An ethernet cable from the router to the adapter which is plugged into your router then put the base into your voip internet phone.
