Vonage is good for the money. Stay AWAY from MCI (Verizon Business) and Charter!!

Vonage is solid but they may not be able to provide 911 services. Also trying to put VoIP over wireless without some type of Quality of Service guarantee will make you sound like you are underwater.

The best of both worlds.
The problem with voip is one reason why people are discouraged from depending on 911 service via voip is one.
For all your net connection goes down so does your phone that if your net.

If you want to use VOIP it is good on normal braadband connection but not on wireless. If you use wireless then voice will not be so clear. VOIP means when you make call your voice get converted into a data packets and pass through your internet line same as other data and converts it again to voice. so for this procedure to make it fast as possible you must have a good broadband internet.
I prefer using Yahoo BB connection. I have the same. I don’t know if this company has service in your country or not.
