What is the difference between a VoIP bluetooth headset and a 2.4 GHz?

…Specifically for Skype and other PC based VoIP. I see there are several wireless VoIP headsets available. Some are
bluetooth, some are 2.4 GHz. What are the pros/cons of each? I’m mainly interested in 1) voice quality; 2) noise cancelling; 3) distance.
